1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:

• "bg555" / "the Platform" / "we" / "us" / "our" refers to the bg555 online betting and casino service accessible at bg555.io and all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces and software.
• "Player" / "you" / "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on or uses the bg555 platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the personal player account created upon successful registration on bg555.
• "Balance" refers to the total funds held within a player's bg555 account, including real-money funds and any applicable bonus funds held in a separate bonus wallet.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, cashback awards or other non-cash incentives credited to a player's account subject to promotional terms.
• "BDT" / "৳" means Bangladeshi Taka, the sole currency in which all transactions on the bg555 platform are conducted.
• "Bet" / "Wager" means any stake placed by a player on a sporting event, casino game, or other offered market via the bg555 platform.
• "Intellectual Property" means all trademarks, logos, software, content, data, designs and other proprietary materials belonging to or licensed by bg555.
• "Terms" means these Terms & Conditions as amended from time to time.

2. Eligibility & Registration

Access to and use of the bg555 platform is conditional upon the player satisfying all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all subsequent times during which you maintain an account on bg555.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust or other legal entity) acting in your own capacity and for your own entertainment.
• You must not be residing in or accessing the platform from any jurisdiction where online betting and casino activities are explicitly prohibited by local law.
• You must not have previously had an account closed or suspended by bg555 for breach of these Terms.
• You must be capable of entering into legally binding agreements under the laws applicable to you.

Registration Requirements

To create an account on bg555, players are required to provide accurate, complete and current information including but not limited to: full legal name, date of birth, residential address within Bangladesh, valid mobile number (for bKash, Nagad or Rocket verification) and a valid email address. bg555 reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify any information provided at registration. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

3. Account Responsibilities

Each player is solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of their bg555 account credentials, including their username, password and any two-factor authentication details. Players must:

• Maintain only one (1) registered account on bg555 at any given time. Multiple accounts per individual are strictly prohibited.
• Keep login credentials strictly confidential and not share account access with any other person.
• Notify bg555 immediately at [email protected] if they suspect their account has been accessed without their authorisation.
• Ensure that all personal information held on their account remains accurate and up to date, including contact details and payment method details.
• Not access the bg555 platform via proxy servers, VPNs or any technology designed to disguise or falsify their location or identity.

bg555 accepts no liability for losses suffered as a result of a player sharing their credentials with a third party. bg555 will treat all activity conducted from a registered account as having been carried out by the account holder, regardless of whether the account holder was personally present at the time.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits

All deposits to bg555 accounts must be made using payment methods approved by bg555 and registered in the player's own name. Approved deposit methods for players in Bangladesh include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank transfers and other methods listed on the bg555 platform at the relevant time. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. bg555 does not charge fees on standard deposits, though individual payment providers may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically feasible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. bg555 aims to process verified withdrawal requests to bKash, Nagad and Rocket accounts within minutes of approval. Withdrawals to bank accounts may take up to three (3) business days. bg555 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal request. Any withdrawal request associated with uncleared bonus funds or an open dispute will be held pending resolution.

Transaction Accuracy

Players are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all payment details entered when making deposits or requesting withdrawals. bg555 accepts no liability for delays or losses resulting from incorrect payment information provided by the player. In the event of a demonstrably erroneous credit to a player's account, bg555 reserves the right to reclaim the incorrectly credited amount without prior notice.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

bg555 may from time to time offer players bonuses, free bets, cashback rewards, reload bonuses and other promotional incentives. All such offers are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any specific terms published with the individual promotion:

• Bonuses are intended for recreational players and may only be claimed once per player, household, device or IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds are held separately from real-money funds and may only be converted to withdrawable cash upon satisfaction of applicable wagering requirements, which will be clearly stated in the promotion terms.
• bg555 reserves the right to modify, extend, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any player found to be abusing bonus offers — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts, placing bets on all outcomes, or using automated systems — will have their bonus voided and their account reviewed for suspension.
• Bonus funds expire after the validity period stated in the respective promotion. Expired bonus funds are removed from the account without compensation.
• bg555 reserves the right to request that a player complete KYC verification before any bonus-related withdrawal is approved.

6. Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all bets placed on the bg555 sportsbook and casino platform. Sport-specific and game-specific rules are published separately within the relevant section of the platform.

Sportsbook

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed by the player. bg555 does not guarantee odds against late changes caused by market movements or data feed errors.
• In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed or otherwise not completed within the timeframe specified in the relevant sport rules, bg555 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the player's account.
• bg555 reserves the right to impose maximum bet limits on any market, event or player account at its sole discretion.
• Bets placed on cricket matches — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures — are settled based on the official result issued by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, BCCI or equivalent).
• In-play bets are accepted subject to live market availability. bg555 is not responsible for communication delays that may affect in-play bet placement.

Casino & Live Games

• All casino games on bg555, whether RNG-based or live dealer, are provided by certified third-party studios including but not limited to Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Pragmatic Play Live, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe and Ezugi.
• Game results are determined by the respective game provider's certified systems. bg555 does not interfere with game outcomes and is not responsible for technical malfunctions originating within a third-party provider's system.
• In the event of a game malfunction or disconnection, bets in progress may be voided and stakes returned. bg555 will review such incidents on a case-by-case basis.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by game and are displayed within the game interface prior to placing a bet.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bg555 platform. Any player found to be engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended or permanently closed and any winnings or balance forfeited:

• Using the platform for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, identity theft or any other criminal activity.
• Using automated bots, scripts, macros, or any software tools to place bets, navigate the platform, or exploit game mechanics.
• Colluding with other players in live casino or poker games to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches or vulnerabilities in any bg555 game or platform feature. Any winnings generated through exploitation of errors are null and void.
• Reverse engineering, copying, reproducing, decompiling or otherwise misappropriating any bg555 software, content or intellectual property.
• Opening multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses or to circumvent account restrictions.
• Providing false, inaccurate or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting strategies that exploit odds discrepancies in a manner inconsistent with normal recreational play.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, software, designs, logos, trademarks, graphics, text, data compilations and other materials available on the bg555 platform are the exclusive intellectual property of bg555 or its licensors. Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms.

This licence does not permit players to: copy, reproduce or redistribute any platform content; use bg555 trademarks or branding in any manner not expressly authorised in writing by bg555; create derivative works based on bg555 content; or use any bg555 intellectual property for commercial purposes. All rights not expressly granted to the player under these Terms are reserved by bg555.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bg555 shall not be liable to any player for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or exemplary losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, the bg555 platform.
• Loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill or any other economic loss, whether or not bg555 was advised of the possibility of such loss.
• Interruptions to platform availability due to maintenance, technical faults, third-party provider outages, cyberattacks, force majeure events or any other circumstances beyond bg555's reasonable control.
• Delays or failures in payment processing attributable to bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or any other third-party payment provider.
• Errors in odds, results or game outcomes caused by data feed failures or third-party provider malfunctions, provided bg555 takes reasonable corrective action upon becoming aware of the error.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit bg555's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. bg555's aggregate liability to any individual player in respect of any claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Responsible Gaming

bg555 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing players with the tools and information necessary to maintain control over their betting activity. The following responsible gaming measures are available to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits on their account. Requests to increase limits are subject to a cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure automated reminders after a specified duration of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Players may request a temporary account suspension of between 24 hours and 6 weeks. During a cooling-off period, login access is suspended and no marketing communications will be sent.

11. Account Suspension & Closure

bg555 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period of being requested to do so.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering or any other illegal conduct.
• Detection of multiple accounts registered to the same individual.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute initiated by the player against a bg555 deposit transaction.
• At the player's own request for responsible gaming reasons.

Upon account closure for breach of these Terms, bg555 reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance pending investigation. Where no breach is found following investigation, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method. Bonus funds are not returnable under any circumstances upon account closure.

Players who wish to close their account voluntarily may submit a written request to [email protected]. Any open bets will be settled in the normal course, and the remaining real-money balance will be processed for withdrawal to the player's registered payment method.

12. Amendments to These Terms

bg555 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, bg555 will notify registered players via their registered email address or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform. The effective date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this document.

Continued use of the bg555 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If a player does not agree to the amended Terms, they must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Clause 11 above. It is the player's responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming standards and regulations. bg555 operates as a safe and reliable platform and makes no specific claims regarding regulatory approval by any Bangladeshi government authority.

In the event of a dispute between bg555 and a player, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation in the first instance. Dispute notifications must be submitted in writing to [email protected] with full details of the matter, the date it arose, and the player's account credentials. bg555 will acknowledge all written dispute notifications within 72 hours and aim to provide a full response within 14 calendar days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation, the player and bg555 agree to refer the matter to an independent adjudication process before pursuing any other form of legal remedy. The language of all dispute proceedings shall be English.
